We collect the minimum needed to deliver an order and answer a research question. We do not sell your data.

What We Collect

Order data: your name, institution, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the items you ordered.
Account data: if you open an account at prime-pep.com/my-account, your name, email address, and order history.
Payment data: none. Every order is paid in cash to the courier on delivery, so no card or bank details pass through this website at any point. If a refund is approved we will ask you for an account holder name, IBAN, and bank name; we use them to make that single transfer and delete them once it clears.
Site analytics: aggregate pageview and click counts, collected through ANALYTICS_TOOLS, used to maintain the catalogue and understand which pages are useful. These tools set cookies in your browser.
Support correspondence: the contents of any email or message you send to support@prime-pep.com.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are retained for 2 years from the order date, in line with UAE commercial and tax record-keeping requirements. Support correspondence is retained for two years. Refund bank details are deleted as soon as the transfer has cleared.

The courier handling your delivery, who receives your name, address, and phone number
Our bank, where a refund transfer has to be made
Our hosting and email providers, who store this data on our behalf and under contract
Auditors and regulators, on lawful request

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once the legal retention period above has elapsed. You can also ask us to stop using your data for analytics. Write to support@prime-pep.com and we will respond within 30 days.
