Each batch is submitted to an independent third-party laboratory and analysed by HPLC. The resulting certificate of analysis is tied to the lot number printed on the vial.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Anything placed after working hours enters the queue on the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the parcel leaves us.

We deliver inside the UAE only. Next-day delivery is charged at a flat Dhs. 60, and the majority of orders land the following business day. All timeframes are estimates and can shift with courier load, weather, or other conditions outside our control.

Not currently. Deliveries are limited to the United Arab Emirates. If you need another destination, contact support before placing an order and we will tell you whether it is possible.

Cash on Delivery only. You settle the amount in cash with the courier when the parcel reaches you. Card payments and cryptocurrency are not accepted at this stage.

Cancellation is possible only while the order is still unprocessed and unshipped. Once it has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled, although unopened items may still be returned under our Returns policy.

Yes, if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Because orders are paid Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are settled by bank transfer or store credit within 5–10 business days. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the fault was ours. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of both the product and the outer packaging. Depending on the case we will arrange a replacement, a refund, or store credit.

Yes. Bacteriostatic water is stocked in 10 mL and 3 mL multi-dose vials at Dhs. 75, and every product page carries a one-click option to add a vial to your order. Other laboratory consumables are not part of our catalogue and can be sourced from UAE laboratory suppliers.

For most lyophilised peptides in our catalogue, solutions hold for roughly 14–30 days when kept upright at 2–8 °C and shielded from light. Check the storage notes on the individual product page, as this varies by compound.

Our concentration calculator converts vial content and diluent volume into mg/mL for your working solution. It is a laboratory arithmetic tool for preparing solutions and nothing more: it does not provide dosing guidance, and none of our products are intended for administration to humans or animals.
