How Prime Peptide orders are processed, tracked, and dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, weekends and public holidays excluded.

Anything placed after working hours joins the queue on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and handed to the courier, you receive a confirmation email carrying the tracking details.

Shipping Method & Timeframe

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Next Day Delivery: a flat Dhs. 60 anywhere in the UAE. Most orders arrive the following business day, and some land the same day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. They can move with courier load, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Next Day Delivery is charged at a flat Dhs. 60 across the UAE and is added automatically at checkout.

Because all orders are paid Cash on Delivery, the delivery charge is included in the total you settle with the courier when the parcel reaches you. There is nothing to pay in advance.

Shipping Area

We currently ship inside the United Arab Emirates only. If you need a different destination, write to support@prime-pep.com before placing an order and we will tell you whether we can help.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout once the order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear on the courier’s system.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your delivery details are correct and complete before you confirm the order. We cannot take responsibility for delays, failed delivery attempts, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery problem? If a parcel arrives warm, damaged, or short, contact support@prime-pep.com within 48 hours with photographs of the product and the packaging. Full conditions are in the Returns & Refunds policy.
