1. Who We Are
This website is operated by [[LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]], a research-supply business registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean [[LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]]. “You” means the person browsing this website or placing an order on it.
2. Licence to Use This Site
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to browse this website and place orders on it under these Terms. The licence cannot be transferred, assigned, or sub-licensed, and we may withdraw it at any time. It does not permit you to copy, mirror, frame, resell, or systematically extract any part of the site.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research organisation, and that you are acting in a research capacity. Orders placed in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund.
4. Research Use Only
Every product is sold for laboratory research use only. The full position is set out on our Compliance page and forms part of these Terms. By ordering, you agree not to use, resell, relabel, repackage, or describe any product in a way inconsistent with that scope.
5. Acceptable Use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, in breach of these Terms, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights, or give us false information about your identity, age, location, or research purpose
- Order products in order to resell them to the general public, redistribute them, or administer them to a person or an animal
- Scrape, harvest, or data-mine the site, run bots or crawlers against it, or upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Copy or reproduce site content, frame or mirror the site, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your relationship with us
6. Your Account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under them. Tell us at support@prime-pep.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend, restrict, or close an account at any time, with or without notice, where we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
7. Orders and Pricing
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are added at checkout. We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time before dispatch. An order confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not our acceptance of it — the contract is formed when the order is dispatched.
8. Payment
All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. You settle the full amount, including the delivery charge, in cash with the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is payable in advance. We do not accept card payments or cryptocurrency, and we neither collect nor store card details of any kind.
9. Shipping and Risk
Our delivery coverage, charges, and timeframes are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
10. Returns and Refunds
The full position is in our Returns & Refunds policy. In summary: a return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, and the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Because orders are paid Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are settled by bank transfer or store credit within 5–10 business days of approval. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the return results from our error.
11. Warranty
We warrant that products match the specification stated on their product page and certificate of analysis at the time of dispatch. Beyond that we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Links and Site Availability
This site may link to third-party resources such as courier tracking systems. We do not control those services, their content, or their policies, and a link is not an endorsement. We do not guarantee that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance or any other reason without notice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the United Arab Emirates, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of research work, or loss of profit.
14. Suspending or Ending Access
We may suspend or withdraw your access to this site at any time, with or without notice, for a breach of these Terms or for any other reason. The licence granted in clause 2 ends at that point. The clauses covering research use, warranty, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any termination.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and it carries the date shown above. Continuing to use the site or placing a further order after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
